BEEP! It’s a sound everyday pleb’s like you and me have grown accustomed to as part of our daily life. Whether it be the washing machine’s load finishing, the fridge door being left open, the microwave telling us our food is ready or the sound the Playstation makes when fired up. The similarities between beeps may not be noticed by the dullest ear and for the most part who really cares because they all get under our skin. The Beepers though, a known international renegade group of beep listening do-gooders recently brought to Panasonic’s attention the exact likeness between the Panasonic Genius Microwave from 1991 (the model with state of the art cool down features) and the Playstation 5. When both beeps are played one after the other you would be forgiven for thinking the food in your Playstation 5 is ready. This shocking revelation has given Panasonic a strong case to deal some real damage to Sony. Our team were able to sit in on the case and could spare a few details.
Instead of bankruptcy Sony have pleaded for an affidavit to correspond amongst the bench trial. A cross-examination on the common law would require the counsel to exhibit damages regarding the defendee and the in forma pauperis. The librarian then needs to overlook the evidence with the lawyers to panel the precedent of objections and then they do a tort together in front of the hung jury. After that Sony must animus revertendi before the writ of certiorari can be ffound.I know It's alot of legal jargon but to translate, at the end of the day Panasonic rrequested upon winning that the message on the opening screen of the PS5 boot up reads, "Beep sound brought to you by the Panasonic Genius Microwave."
